How wedding bookings work
We plan backwards from the ceremony.
Wedding transport fails on timing, not on vehicles. We start from your ceremony time and work backwards through hair and makeup, photos, the venue transfer and the reception, then build a written schedule that every chauffeur carries on the day.
Vehicles arrive at the pickup address fifteen minutes before the scheduled time as standard. For the bridal party specifically we hold the vehicle on site rather than releasing it between movements, which is the single biggest cause of wedding-day transport problems.
Decoration is included — ribbons and bows in your colours, fitted the morning of. Red carpet at the venue entrance is available on request at no extra charge when the venue permits it.

How far in advance should I book a wedding limo?
For a Saturday between May and October, three to six months ahead. Peak summer Saturdays and long weekends book out furthest. Off-season and weekday weddings can usually be arranged with a few weeks' notice.
Do you decorate the vehicles?
Yes, at no extra charge. Ribbons and bows in your colours are fitted the morning of the wedding. Some couples supply their own florals for the hood or interior, which we are happy to install as long as it does not obstruct the driver's view.
Can you shuttle guests between the ceremony and reception?
Yes, and it is worth doing. A Mercedes Sprinter carrying fourteen guests per run costs less than the rideshare fares your guests would otherwise pay, and it keeps the reception start time under your control rather than theirs.
What deposit do you take?
A deposit secures the date, with the balance due one week before the wedding. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days out. We confirm the full schedule in writing two weeks before the day.
Do you serve venues outside the GTA?
Yes — Niagara-on-the-Lake, Muskoka, Prince Edward County, Collingwood and Caledon are all regular destinations. Out-of-region weddings are quoted as a day rate rather than an hourly package.
