Bookings and rates
What a quoted rate covers.
A booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation by email or text. Quoted flat rates are all-inclusive of tolls, airport fees, parking and fuel for the route quoted, and are exclusive of HST.
Rates assume the route and vehicle specified. Material changes on the day — additional stops, a different destination, or more passengers or luggage than the vehicle is rated for — may require a revised rate, which we will confirm with you before proceeding.
Gratuity is at your discretion and is not added automatically to single-vehicle bookings.
Luggage, passengers and conduct
Capacity limits are safety limits.
Passenger and luggage capacities stated for each vehicle are firm. We cannot exceed the seatbelt count under any circumstances. Where a party arrives with more luggage than the booked vehicle can safely carry, we will arrange an additional vehicle where available, at additional cost.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle. Alcohol consumption in the vehicle is not permitted except in licensed stretch limousines where local law allows.
Chauffeurs may end a trip where a passenger's conduct is unsafe, abusive or unlawful. In that event the full fare remains payable.
Liability
What we are and are not responsible for.
We carry commercial passenger insurance and are a licensed limousine operator. We are responsible for providing the vehicle and chauffeur described in your confirmation, at the time confirmed.
We are not liable for missed flights or connections arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including road closures, severe weather, collisions ahead of the vehicle, or border delays. We recommend building the departure buffers stated on our airport pages.
Personal property left in a vehicle is returned wherever possible but is carried at your own risk. Report lost items to info@airportblackcarlimo.com as soon as possible.
