What we collect
Only what a trip actually requires.
To fulfil a booking we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates and times, passenger count and, where you provide it, your flight number.
Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our systems. Corporate accounts additionally hold a billing contact and any cost centre references your organisation supplies.
We do not collect sensitive personal information and we do not ask for it. Please do not include health, financial or identity document details in booking notes.
How we use it
Fulfilment, and nothing else.
Your information is used to dispatch and complete your trip, to contact you about that trip, to track a flight you have given us, and to issue invoices and receipts.
Your chauffeur receives only your name, contact number and the addresses required for the trip. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to any third party, and we do not use booking data for advertising.
Booking records are retained for seven years to meet Canadian tax and accounting requirements, then deleted.
Your rights
Access, correction and deletion.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it for tax purposes. Email info@airportblackcarlimo.com and we will respond within 30 days.
This website uses cookies only where required for basic functionality and anonymous traffic measurement. It does not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.
