Service animals and support persons are welcome in all vehicles at no additional charge. Please mention them when booking so we assign a vehicle with appropriate space.
Chauffeurs provide door-to-door assistance including luggage handling and support entering and exiting the vehicle. Tell dispatch what would help and we will brief the chauffeur before arrival.
Folding wheelchairs, walkers and mobility scooters can be accommodated in our SUV and Sprinter vehicles. We do not currently operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle with a ramp or lift; where that is what you need, we will say so plainly rather than take a booking we cannot fulfil properly.
