Pearson gives you two options and they suit different trips. Curbside pickup is included in every flat rate — you clear customs, text the chauffeur, and the car comes to the arrivals level door you name. It is the faster option when you are travelling light and know the terminal.
Meet-and-greet costs $25 and puts the chauffeur inside the terminal at the arrivals gate with a name board, handling luggage from the carousel onward. Worth it for first-time visitors, elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors and anyone arriving with more bags than hands.
Either way we track the flight number. Sixty minutes of free wait runs from actual wheels-down, not from your scheduled arrival time, so a long customs queue does not start a meter.

Which terminal are you in?
Terminal 1
Air Canada, all Star Alliance carriers, Emirates, Etihad and most international arrivals. Pickup on Level 1 arrivals; departures drop-off on Level 3.
Terminal 3
WestJet, Air Transat, Flair, American, Delta, British Airways and most other carriers. Single arrivals level with a shorter curb — tell dispatch your door number.
Not sure which?
Give us the flight number when you book and we will confirm the terminal. Airlines move terminals more often than passengers expect, and we check it again the morning of your trip.
Connecting or reclaiming bags?
Tell us. Customs and baggage at Terminal 1 can run well past an hour on peak international arrival banks, and we would rather build that in than have you rushing.

How much is a limo from Pearson airport to downtown Toronto?
$75 plus HST in an executive sedan, $105 in a luxury SUV and $155 in a Mercedes Sprinter. The rate is all-inclusive — tolls, airport fees, parking, fuel and sixty minutes of arrival wait are already in it.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at Pearson?
Curbside on the arrivals level by default — you text when you clear customs and the car comes to the door you name. Meet-and-greet inside the terminal with a name board is available for $25.
What if my flight into Pearson is delayed?
We track your flight number in real time and reposition the chauffeur automatically. Airline delays never generate a waiting charge, whether you are two hours late or diverted entirely.
How early should I leave for a departure from Pearson?
Three hours before an international departure and two hours for domestic, plus your drive time. Dispatch will give you an exact pickup time for your specific flight when you book.
Do you serve both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3?
Yes, both, for arrivals and departures. Give us the flight number and we confirm your terminal — and re-check it on the day, because airlines change terminal assignments more often than people realise.
Is a limo cheaper than a taxi or Uber from Pearson?
It is fixed, which usually matters more. A metered or surge-priced fare from Pearson to Scarborough on a holiday weekend can exceed our flat rate considerably. Our price is the same at 3 a.m. on New Year's Day as it is on a Tuesday morning.
