The rate displayed on your reservation confirmation is an estimate of the anticipated cost of service, based on the information provided at the time of booking. Please note that this estimate is subject to change due to various factors, such as wait time, taxes, extra stops, or additional services requested. The final charges will reflect the actual usage of the service. For reservations made in international markets, a mileage charge may apply. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of any delay or non-performance of services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, AirportBlackCarLimo.com cannot be held responsible.
Hourly Billed Reservations:
Reservations billed on an hourly basis are calculated from the moment the vehicle departs the garage until it returns. The standard hourly minimum is three hours, although certain markets or specialty vehicles may require a higher hourly minimum.
Grace Period:
Unexpected delays can sometimes prevent customers from meeting their chauffeurs on time. Our team at AirportBlackCarLimo.com strives to ensure that chauffeurs have ample time to reach the designated pickup location before the reservation time. Therefore, we offer a grace period for each reservation, allowing customers a reasonable window of time to meet their chauffeurs at the requested pickup location before incurring waiting time charges.
Airport Pickups:
We understand the importance of timely airport pickups. AirportBlackCarLimo.com continuously monitors all commercial airline arrivals to ensure punctuality. For added peace of mind, we offer a grace period for airport pickups: thirty (30) minutes for domestic arrivals and sixty (60) minutes for international arrivals. Waiting time charges will apply once the grace period has elapsed and will be calculated in quarter-hour increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
Non-Airport Pickups:
For all non-airport pickups, we offer a grace period of fifteen (15) minutes, during which waiting time charges will not be incurred. After the grace period, waiting time charges will apply and will be accrued in quarter-hour increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
Base Rate:
The base rate refers to the rate for transportation services before the inclusion of gratuity, airport fees, tolls, and taxes.
Gratuity:
For convenience, a discretionary gratuity is added to each reservation, in line with the industry standard of 20% of the base rate of the vehicle. The gratuity is paid directly to the chauffeur. Gratuity is entirely voluntary and reflects the quality of service provided. Customers may choose to negotiate or waive this charge at their discretion.
Airport Fee:
Airport Parking and Fees are subject to change without prior notice, as they are determined by various governmental authorities over which AirportBlackCarLimo.com has no control. To cover these expenses, we charge an airport fee of $18.00 for all arrivals.
Taxes:
Taxes are subject to change without prior notification, as they are imposed by various governmental agencies over which AirportBlackCarLimo.com has no control. Taxes are charged as they are incurred and may include local, state, or federal government-imposed taxes.
Tolls:
The toll charge represents any tolls that may be incurred by AirportBlackCarLimo.com during the trip between the pickup and drop-off destinations, as well as any tolls during the chauffeur’s return trip. For flat-rate transfers, tolls are calculated based on the most direct route, while for hourly reservations, tolls are billed as they are incurred.
Extra Stops:
For in-route extra stops within the same town, we charge $25.00 per stop. In-route extra stops in a different city are charged at $35.00 per stop.
Early Morning/Late Night Surcharge:
Reservations scheduled between midnight and 5 AM will incur an additional charge of $25.00, added to the base rate. This surcharge applies to all reservations booked during these hours.
Meet and Greet:
Our chauffeurs provide a complimentary meet and greet service to park the vehicle and meet arriving passengers in the airport terminal. Additionally, AirportBlackCarLimo.com employs Airport Representatives at select airports to assist arriving and departing passengers. The Meet and Greet service charge by our Airport Representatives varies based on client needs and the market. Please contact us for more information about Meet and Greet services.
Child Safety Seats:
We prioritize your safety and comfort, offering child safety seats upon request. If you require a child safety seat, we can provide one for an additional charge of $25 per seat. Please inform us in advance if you need this service to ensure availability.
Cleaning Fee:
A fee for cleaning may be imposed if there is smoking inside the vehicle or any damage that requires additional cleaning or disinfecting services beyond our standard procedures.
Special Event Pricing:
For certain events or occasions that generate high demand for transportation services, such as major sporting events or concerts, AirportBlackCarLimo.com may have special pricing and policies. These special rates and policies may differ from the standard rates and policies for that particular market. Customers will be informed of any special terms and conditions related to their reservation in the confirmation instructions.
Changes and Cancellations:
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate your needs, please provide us with adequate notice of any changes or cancellations to your reservation. You can submit changes or cancellations via email at info@airportblackcarlimo.com, through our online reservation system, the AirportBlackCarLimo.com website or mobile app, or by calling us directly at +1 (365) 605-5466. Please note that changes or cancellations made via email require at least 12 hours of advance notice, and customers should consider the time zone of their respective market.
Our cancellation policy is based on the actual pickup time within each market, which is important to consider when determining possible late cancellation charges. Customers who fail to provide adequate notice of trip reservation changes or cancellations will be billed the entire fare, including a 20% gratuity charge. The cancellation policy may vary for buses, minibuses, vans, and event-related bookings.
If a passenger cannot be located or contacted within one hour for airport pickups (time begins when the passenger’s plane lands) or 30 minutes at other pickup locations, the reservation is considered a “no show.” In this case, the trip fare, including a 20% gratuity, will be charged. Billing
All Reservations Are Billed in US Dollars.
Pre-Authorization:
A pre-authorization is a temporary hold placed on funds in your account to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to cover the estimated total cost of your reservation, plus an additional 30%. This is typically done 36 hours before your scheduled trip. The pre-authorization is removed when your final total is processed. Your trip may be canceled if a pre-authorization cannot be obtained from your provided payment information before your trip.
Final Total:
After your trip, the final cost will be calculated based on the distance and time traveled, any additional charges incurred, and the chosen payment method. This final amount will be reflected on your provided payment information within 48 to 72 business hours. If you don’t receive a final receipt during this time, please contact our Accounting department at accounting@airportblackcarlimo.com.
Please be aware that a pre-authorized charge may result in one of the following situations:
- Your bank statement may temporarily show a “double-billing” or multiple payments to AirportBlackCarLimo.com for the exact charges.
- Your bank may put a temporary hold on certain funds in your account, even if payment to AirportBlackCarLimo.com is not declined.
- If AirportBlackCarLimo.com declines your payment information, your statement may still show a pending payment to AirportBlackCarLimo.com.
AirportBlackCarLimo.com is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or financial institution in relation to these pre-authorized transactions.
